...when I qualified with a standard military .45 they had a man sized and shaped target for us to shoot at. I fired 8 rounds. Two in the chest, one in the thigh, one right between the front pockets on the pants (they counted that as a kill) one in the right hand and one in the chin. I think the last two hit the target next to the one I was spozed to be shootin at. The Standard .45 is heavy and it doesnt have a smooth pull nor a quick break. Plus, they had been thru WWI, WWII, Korea and Nam. I seen em with barrels so smooth ya couldn't see any lands and grooves.
...here at the house I got a springfield 1911 (new) and it seems to do alright. It's not as accurate as some guns I have used, but I ain't huntin squirrels with it either.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
