were a direct result of the housing crash.
What you completely and utterly fail to understand -
is that the housing crash was caused by governmental
mismanagement.
WHO told fannie and freddie to buy lots of sub prime
mortgages?
WHY was they told to buy those mortgages?
Everything else is the result of stupidity.
Housing loans were made to anything that could sign on
a dotted line - Why? - because some moron in the
government mandated that 'We' would buy loans to stupid.
And 'they' obliged us.
