...the gubmint water folks charge ya for processing yer poop that goes to the water treatment plant. Folks who have septic tanks avoid that tax. Oddly they seem to think that their poop is theirs and not the property of the gubmint. Taking an idea from AT&T who was billing folks for LD service whether they made any LD calls or not because the service was available, da gubmint is now gonna bill ya for the poop they didn't process.
...this goes hand in hand with the gubmint water folks wanting to charge ya if ya collect the rain water that falls on your property in rain barrels. Seems they believe that they believe the water belongs to them too.
...I predict there will soon be an "Air Tax".
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
