BTW: One real problem with the death penalty as I see it is that there are prosecutors out there who use the threat of the death penalty as a way to leverage a guilty plea when they don't have a good case. Sometimes folks will plead guilty to a crime they didn't committ just to avoid it.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
