Which is worse, having jurors some young folks or morons like Decomposted who doesn't UNDERSTAND and CANNOT process all the facts, both because he isn't intelligent enough AND biased?

Eh?

Decomp,

The answer is, PROFESSIONAL JURORS. Jurors who actually want to be there, who understand the law and who possess some level of critical thinking skills.

You're going to crack up, I've said I would like to be a professional juror. (probably not your choice ;))

We have many seniors that would bring a lifetime of experiences & common sense & many have the time.

Here's the problem, what qualifications would be within the law & be considered a jury of your peers?

I've also said, if I needed to select a jury I would avoid young folks, they are often quick to judge without listening to ALL the facts.
