Like every speculative structure posted on any of the MB's, I'll believe it when I see it.

Too many engine and transmissions, calculators with a lot of zeros, settlement on the steps, nokia will lose this court decision, itc decision, appeal of this, appeal of that, nokia will settle, ericsson owes billions, mot will settle, will make billions on chips, m2m, special dividend, idcc is only going to sell a portion of its ip, LG will pay, the CAFC will issue its opinion quickly, ah within thirty days, erra has to in 180 days...should I go on? Wink

I am grazing in the pasture right now waiting. May trade on news, but only if its good. If its bad, I'll leave whatever I have alone.

Not sure if anyone noticed but in the Fosters acquisition, Fosters is returning capital to shareholders which amounts to about $844m if my math is correct or about 8.3% ($.30 special dividend and $.135 regular dividend). I believe evercore setup the process for bids to ignore the cash balance as it will be handled prior to closing as did Fosters. IMO, the board is continuing the dividend and will announce a "capital return" of about $14 per share when the deal is announced. Thoughts?
