But the vast majority of people in this country, unlike hedge fund managers, don't have lobbyists who got their paychecks reclassified as 'dividend' income for which their MAXIMUM tax rate is 15% (and as a side benefit is not even subject to payroll taxes), no matter how much they actually make, which for most of them is in the millions, some in the hundreds of millions, and in a couple of cases, over a billion.
