re: "At least you & I vote!"

Well, at least I do.

Your vote, however, is a proxy for the party bosses and pollsters who have narrowed your choices to two, essentially dictating who you may and may not select.

As long as that continues, there will be no positive "change" for America.

Decomp,

"THE #2 CANDIDATE OFTEN CANNOT WIN.

Clinton & GWB WERE elections that mattered.

Besides your "passive" vote & mine for the best choice IMO, of the top two, lets talk about the MILLIONS that don't even VOTE!

These "Americans", IMO don't even deserve to be called "Americans".
At least you & I vote!

100 Million US-Americans Don't Vote

Posted by Sonja Bonin in US Domestic and Cultural Issues on Monday, March 17. 2008

While the American primaries make the headlines on a daily basis even in our Swiss newspapers, more than a hundred million Americans usually don't vote,

which means about 40% of eligible voters forego their right to elect who's to become (arguably) the most powerful political leader in the world.
Find an interesting "mini-movie" about these missing voters here.
