But haven't you been listening, Republicans want to totally eliminate taxes on dividends and capital gains since THEY claim that it's THIS 'income' which actually promotes job growth. So what will it be, tax income or tax dividends/capital gains. I fear if we elect more Republicans we'll get BOTH lower taxes for the rich and NO TAXES at all on dividends/capital gains as well as zero corporate taxes. Even if you manage to cut spending, how are we going to pay for what the Republicans will be wanting money for, like a bigger military with more and fancier 'toys'?
