...algore got all that worked out. He gonna buy carbon offset widgets from china and sell em to us, or tax us to pay for em. It don't matter, as long as he gets his slice of the pie for buying and selling an imaginary product.

Another problem China has . . .
Pollution seems to be unbridled over there.
Envirenmental protection laws - if they have any - get
ignored.

Corruption is a big thing in China.

I dunno. But I'd still bet on America.
