clo,
re: "Prior to voting did you KNOW what & who you were voting for?"
Nope. The only well advertised issue was state senator.
Around here, there is little-to-no advertising of bond initiatives. It's quite a change from California - where voters receive a voter pamphlet ahead of time with every candidate AND issue represented. Voters usually take the pamphlet into the voting booth with them.
Here in Virginia, we get nothing.
re: "Are you saying your wife did NOT vote 'conservatively'? If she did, what basis is your complaint?"
No, that's not what she did. As a computer programmer, I can tell you that it would be a simple matter to program a voting machine to look at the first vote someone gave, and then limit the issues presented to conservatives (or liberals) [b]perhaps five percent of the time.
But, good god woman! You ask if she did not vote conservatively, on what basis I'm complaining???
She received different questions than I did!!! What's wrong with you??

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months
