I find it very telling that IDCC is not sending a few engineers to help Ron out in the MPartners Technology Conference being held tomorrow. This guy has been a good advocate for the newer forms of technology on the horizon and spent quality time with our guys in Barcelona. Perhaps IDCC does not want its top engineers straying to far from home, but I am adding this decline to the dividend situation in the business not usual category.
