I remember two things crossing my eyeballs this

Nearly 20 years into a stagnant go-nowhere economy.
The other had to do with the mighty Russian Bear . . .
Turns out the Russkies were not so formidable as the
military industrial complex made them out to be.
Me? If we don't allow ourselves to be overrun by
the savages we are breeding (and paying for) in our
slums we'll come out on top. How? China, like most
countries is corrupt - too corrupt go keep up with
