BTW, in all this fuss OCU and the liberals are making about Troy Davis, you'll notice we aren't much hearing the word "innocent." It's really just a question of whether the death sentence he's been given was based on his race.
IMO, race should never play a role in murderers' executions. We should do away with ALL the 1st degree killers.
But, you know, I'm now opposed to the death penalty. I want to get rid of them in a more literal way... dropping them off on an island with which there is *NO* communication or possibility of escape. Just turn 'em loose with each other . . . and leave.
But I bet the liberals would have a problem with that too.
