Hi tkc,

Absolutely agree. It's a pushmepullyou. If MS is pushing, then the ERAS product will probably move in volume. If MS is taking the client side, they lose the Dell income flow.

If Wave now has 190 employees, then the fork in the path is definitely right ahead of us. That is the kind of extreme action that surely reveals the existence of a decisive event.

Hi CF, that indeed raises the risk. Wave gets ~$4.5M/Q for ETS w/ CSP from Dell. If MSFT does something similar and bundles it w/i Win 8, Waves $30M shelf may not last long. That 30 day notice in Wave's contract w/ Dell looms. Either way they'll still have a couple of Qs left selling to Dell. Mundo posted that he hears Wave is now up to 190 employees. Losing $4.5M/Q from Dell, not replacing revenue from GM & BASF is another $2.7M/Q while adding another $1M/Q for 20 new employees, adds a total $8.2M to the $2M loss last Q.
Really puts Wave in a tight spot. ERAS must start to seriously sell.
