Hi CF, that indeed raises the risk. Wave gets ~$4.5M/Q for ETS w/ CSP from Dell. If MSFT does something similar and bundles it w/i Win 8, Waves $30M shelf may not last long. That 30 day notice in Wave's contract w/ Dell looms. Either way they'll still have a couple of Qs left selling to Dell. Mundo posted that he hears Wave is now up to 190 employees. Losing $4.5M/Q from Dell, not replacing revenue from GM & BASF is another $2.7M/Q while adding another $1M/Q for 20 new employees, adds a total $8.2M to the $2M loss last Q.
Really puts Wave in a tight spot. ERAS must start to seriously sell.
