I disagree. She didn't MISS anything. She was making a different point. That leads me to think that you may have missed HER points.
I recall a few: That women want equal pay despite not putting in the hours men do. And that hiring women these days can put an onerous responsibility on employers to make accommodations:
o Up to a year of leave following each child
o Training someone new each time the woman needs such leave
o Having to demote or terminate good people when the woman returns to her job
There were a bunch of other examples. Sorry I can't recall them all from 3-4 years ago.
