It's being reported that a Republican representative is claiming that there is NO need for Obama to submit his 'American Jobs Act' since he's already submitted a bill with that exact same name, only his is 2 pages long. He's simply asking for a ban on the taxing of any corporation for any reason whatsoever.
Exactly how he equates this with people getting hired was not clear since it's reported that there are no hiring incentives linked to an end of tax payments, just the hope that if corporations are given even MORE money, that perhaps they will somehow feel grateful enough to hire a few extra people, Actually I would expect the exact opposite would happen since this would prompt them to layoff much of their account staffs instead.
