I am wary of "Consumer Advocates" ever since attorney Ralph Nader destroyed the reputation of a perfectly good car, the Chevy Corvair, strictly to make a name for himself.

Be wary of titles people bestow upon themselves. "Consumer Advocate" is the most supect of them all. After all, how could anyone dislike a CONSUMER ADVOCATE???

Well, here's someone who does.

Here's a woman who will represent the "voters"!

Consumer advocate Elizabeth Warren will formally launch her U.S. Senate candidacy in Massachusetts Wednesday morning, a Bay State Democrat confirms to POLITICO.

Warren has been testing the waters with a listening tour over the last month, and will release a video shot last week to kick-start her bid against freshman Republican Sen. Scott Brown.
