Yep, but that isn't good enough for enablers of tyranny like clo ... they want to force workers and employers, alike, to surrender money and power over the business to union fat-cats. These leftist busybodies don't give a damn about workers or the property rights of others ... they believe they know what's best for everyone else (which happens to be, in actuality, what's best for them!) and they want to force their opinion down everyone else's throats whether they like it or not. They're bullies, and they truly deserve the smack in the nose that they have been receiving of late.

...as I see it, it isn't a function of businesses to collect union dues. If the membership isn't willing to pay on their own then that should tell the unions that there is something wrong with their product. They will either get back to representing the folks they are supposed to represent, or they will go out of business.
