Understood. And you're jealous/bitter toward those who are.

I know people... a LOT of people... who are jealous/bitter toward people like you. And yeah, they think people like you are rich.

After all, these people are struggling to make their monthly rent payment. It's not fair that you don't have a rent payment.

Watch out, clo. When empires in decline finish pillaging the top 20 percent, they start pillaging the top 50 percent.

Invariably, you reap what you sow.

The 6 grand (school taxes) doesn't include town taxes.
When we bought the house in 1967 it cost 25,000.

I have never been rich. I have always been practical/frugal & a saver.
Never paid interest on credit cards.
Having "zero debt", that feels "rich" at times like these. clo
