...so, how ya feel about the dem proposal to tax folks who's homes are paid for as if the house payment they aren't making were "income".

The 6 grand (school taxes) doesn't include town taxes.
When we bought the house in 1967 it cost 25,000.

I have never been rich. I have always been practical/frugal & a saver.
Never paid interest on credit cards.
Having "zero debt", that feels "rich" at times like these. clo
