I'm not in the top 20%.
That's why I'm considering moving to Georgia, ribit said the taxes are real cheap! tongue & cheek ;))
a senior doesn't even pay school taxes.

I was laid off last year, I'm expecting my first Social Security check this month. (by the way this process is done over the phone, very convenient)
Might as well start collecting while I can. After all my ex husband died a month prior to collecting, he was 65. And my sister was 58 when she died. clo
