Again, stupid.

Half of this country is tornado alley. The rest is desert with fires. What's left is hurricane territory.

Where do you want people to live?

Insurance companies don't insure for much of that. Only the government insures for FLOOD, BOZO!

If people want to live in disaster-prone locations, more power to 'em. But they've got no business demanding financial assistance from the government when the inevitable happens.
