...the other day ya said your school tax was about 6 grand a year. Do you mind if I ask about the size of your house an/or approximate value? It's none of my bidness but I am trying to figure out if you live in a mansion or if taxes there are really that outrageous. It would seem to me that the high wages in the north are necessary because of the high taxes. I can tell ya if my taxes was 6 grand a year I would be homeless.

Probably older folks on Medicare moving to Texas.
Cheaper taxes & warmer weather too, plus they don't need to work for low Texas wages now that they are retired. clo
