Agree on our disappointing lack of fight, but I surely don't see any alternative, so far, there is no way I'd even consider ANY Repug, or even so called Independent... Can you imagine how fast Lieberman would have folded under? Every one of the RePugs can and will be bought nd sold before they ever step up.. Most are fully BSC, would raid what's left of the treasury, dive into even more wars, and thing that JC made 'em do it...

I think we all have to watch and see where the decent Dems go, some are being conspicuously quiet.. Where's those Biden types? So far silent... Many dollars are available to the right candidate, so far it's only Obama... IF he would step aside, who would step up?

zzstar, you amaze me. Don't you see the wizard behind the curtain? What has he been willng to fight for? One of the replies to Maureen's piece sums it up for me. clo 3.
