"the utter and complete boredom of watching..."

That's what I've been saying for several years now. I guess I get bored more easily than some... Wink

Today, even Weby said this: "the future can be lost if the present never happens." That kind of shocked me. Sounds like something I was saying some time back.

"Operating progress more-or-less invisible"....definitely invisible, the question is, is it "only" invisible, or is it more or less non existent? Yes, they've been slowly, very slowly going up. But not fast enough without any indication of an acceleration.

"no formal expectations".....as usual. And even if there were, I would expect them to be unmet, given a pass by Wavoids, and with no further expanation by SKS.

Something has got to change, SOMEDAY. You'd think. But on and on it slowly slogs.

As you said...BOREDOM.

P.S. - I still want them to suceed as bad as anyone. But I'm as skeptical as ever, as the future seems at risk "as the present never happens." Quarter after quarter, year after year.

Regards,
D&O

The trickle of posts on both iHub and ABJose looks like a last gasp. Death not by success or failure but by the utter and complete boredom of watching this extremely placid ocean.

R&D possibilities as far as the eye can see. Operating progress more-or-less invisible. No useful timeline. No formal expectation of the next quarter's results. No chance of changing the board or the executive. A harbour which is evidently unsafe.

"A few light taps upon the pane made him turn to the window. It had begun to snow again. He watched sleepily the flakes, silver and dark, falling obliquely against the lamplight. The time had come for him to set out on his journey westward. Yes, the newspapers were right: snow was general all over Ireland. It was falling on every part of the dark central plain, on the treeless hills, falling softly upon the Bog of Allen and, farther westward, softly falling into the dark mutinous Shannon waves. It was falling, too, upon every part of the lonely churchyard on the hill where Michael Furey lay buried. It lay thickly drifted on the crooked crosses and headstones, on the spears of the little gate, on the barren thorns. His soul swooned slowly as he heard the snow falling faintly through the universe and faintly falling, like the descent of their last end, upon all the living and the dead."
