Hi CF, I think there is every possibility of replacing one BoD member. McConnaughy received less than 13M votes. If the Wavoid community nominated 1 person to the BoD, and committed to vote with near unanimity for that person against McConnaughy, that person would take his place. It's very doable. Let's say it was Weby, I think he'd win in a landslide.
More and more shareholders are now doubting and even more have run out of patience. One new outside director could be a hole in the dike.

The trickle of posts on both iHub and ABJose looks like a last gasp. Death not by success or failure but by the utter and complete boredom of watching this extremely placid ocean.

R&D possibilities as far as the eye can see. Operating progress more-or-less invisible. No useful timeline. No formal expectation of the next quarter's results. No chance of changing the board or the executive. A harbour which is evidently unsafe.

"A few light taps upon the pane made him turn to the window. It had begun to snow again. He watched sleepily the flakes, silver and dark, falling obliquely against the lamplight. The time had come for him to set out on his journey westward. Yes, the newspapers were right: snow was general all over Ireland. It was falling on every part of the dark central plain, on the treeless hills, falling softly upon the Bog of Allen and, farther westward, softly falling into the dark mutinous Shannon waves. It was falling, too, upon every part of the lonely churchyard on the hill where Michael Furey lay buried. It lay thickly drifted on the crooked crosses and headstones, on the spears of the little gate, on the barren thorns. His soul swooned slowly as he heard the snow falling faintly through the universe and faintly falling, like the descent of their last end, upon all the living and the dead."
