BTW, the closest thing in recent memory to whites hurling tomatoes at a little black girl is probably the attack on whites that transpired three weeks ago at the Wisconsin State Fair.

But that, of course, was blacks who were out of control. And Norman Rockwell isn't here anymore to update the current state of "The Problem We All Live With."

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

As I read this, I found myself wondering whether the author had a conflict of interest.

Yup. I figured as much.

People need to get over crimes that occurred generations ago. Life is too short to harbor permanent resentment over things that happened to one's parents and grandparents.

Many of my own relatives were taken out into fields and shot. Fortunately, that was quite a long time ago. It's not happening now, and I'm pretty well set to defend my family should anyone ever try it again.

For me, that works.

I recommend certain other parties with perpetual chips on their shoulders get on with their lives as well. At some point, when so much time has passed, their once valid concerns simply turn counterproductive and ANNOYING.

On that basis, I want to make the point that this thread's subject line is the most ridiculous thing I've read in a long, long time. The problems today are N-O-T-H-I-N-G like they were then.
