Touche Hari, re: Seabiscuit. Good movie too. As to the rest, not really. I fault his Dad more than anyone. He set him up, unseasoned in management w/ a BoD that was/is completely compliant w/ a basic conflict of interest. My bad for not getting it much sooner. WAVX was established to be a "family business" w/ no oversight and no desire for any. It's all there in it's history.

I recently invested in a biotech. I did much better DD on than w/ Wave. Their highest paid officers earn $250K w/ no where near the share based comp. No nepotism, no cozy BoD. More cash, profit potential nearer and substantial - market cap similar. It's not a "family business." Again, I blame myself.

Steven is unproven, eh? I don't begrudge you that opinion. He has promised the moon and the stars for years, and only now has he begun to deliver a Wright Brothers flight. I get it. It just doesn't bother me as much as you. I see SKS as only a part of the Wave story. You seem to only want to emphasize SKS and then only his negatives and failures. Fine. They are your nails. Chew away...

I feel the need to ask, at what point will SKS be considered to have delivered sufficiently on his promises by you? What does he have to do?

Regarding nags- see the story of Seabiscuit. Won nothing his first four years, then became the best horse in the country. Good thing his owners didn't turn him into glue.
