Hari, I have some reservations w/ your post. 1st, the appearance of $100M in revenues could certainly not be considered "sudden." 2nd Steven has a history of seeing the plum fairy, no reason to think there will be one this time. And, "Steven would have to be pretty stupid to add a bunch of employees that he can't afford to pay." He's done it time and time again. The fact that he added another shelf, in and of itself suggests he's not all that confident that success is in the near term. And yet he continues to add staff that is unsustainable. The man is a dreamer who requires a manager to govern his prodigal behavior. One should utilize caution when a tout urges a large bet to win on a nag that's never won a race and is entered in a higher class. The man is simply unproven w/ a long history of nothing but losses and bad decisions.

TKC-

The sudden appearance of over 100 million dollars in business would also require the presence of enough employees to service those accounts. I am of the opinion that Steven is adding to the work force to do just that because he sees that sales of that magnitude is about to emerge. The only thing that I can see that would invalidate this notion is if Wave suddenly comes out with another PIPE. Absent a PIPE, the employees they have added are unsustainable at these sales levels. The next six weeks should tell the tale.

And Wave is still adding multiple positions...

Really, Steven would have to be pretty stupid to add a bunch of employees that he can't afford to pay. Those people likely came from other organizations and have ties there, and would ruin Wave's reputation if they found that the company could not pay them as promised. We would never get any quality hires again.

So, it is either the PIPE or a substantial increase in sales. Soon.
