Hi alea,

"When it is laid on extra thick - as you have the slight tendency to do - I will tend to treat it as if it belongs to Pandora. To be sanitised, it requires its caveats - so I am glad to see you give your uncertainty its proper place in this latest post. Apparently you have no better idea than I do as the timing falls outside your sphere of knowledge (rather than influence in this case).

I think I said some time ago, I gave up trying to guess when everything will kick in and Wave's Revenue stream will take off. I think I said it will happen when it happens, not when I say it should happen. (words to that effect)

Certainly your opinion or anyone else’s is as valid on the timing of all this "stuff".

I don't guess at it any more, I spend time studying the technologies associated with Wave's products to better understand the "trusted computing space" and what they are trying to accomplish.

BTW, I like door # 1

Hi 4321,

Hey, there is and has always been plenty of hope and there always has been a highway along which contingent opportunities appear to flourish.

What we have never had is a timescale for Wave's opportunity to crystallise.

That was the thing I was asking about. Right now, you have SKS increasing the sales force as if the opportunity is here.

Two ways to read that: (1) the opportunity is here; (2) he is worried that the opportunity isn't emerging and he is trying to force it at the risk of the company's solvency.

ps I think the proper response to another serving of undiluted hope is sarcasm, just as the proper response to an offer of Zimbabwean currency is a shrug. At some point, the present tense is more important to a person than the distant future, and reality is more important than fantasy. Carrots and sticks come to mind. Hope was the final evil held inside Pandora's box. When it is laid on extra thick - as you have the slight tendency to do - I will tend to treat it as if it belongs to Pandora. To be sanitised, it requires its caveats - so I am glad to see you give your uncertainty its proper place in this latest post. Apparently you have no better idea than I do as the timing falls outside your sphere of knowledge (rather than influence in this case).
