TKC-

The sudden appearance of over 100 million dollars in business would also require the presence of enough employees to service those accounts. I am of the opinion that Steven is adding to the work force to do just that because he sees that sales of that magnitude is about to emerge. The only thing that I can see that would invalidate this notion is if Wave suddenly comes out with another PIPE. Absent a PIPE, the employees they have added are unsustainable at these sales levels. The next six weeks should tell the tale.

And Wave is still adding multiple positions...

Really, Steven would have to be pretty stupid to add a bunch of employees that he can't afford to pay. Those people likely came from other organizations and have ties there, and would ruin Wave's reputation if they found that the company could not pay them as promised. We would never get any quality hires again.

So, it is either the PIPE or a substantial increase in sales. Soon.

25% of those. 1/3 x 20 x 1/4 x $60 = $100M. So if SEDs take off in 2012 Wave could do $110M plus OEM bundles and some other stuff should be expected to do ~$140M. That's on the horizon and is plenty, but it requires investment and focus on the likely, w/ less on the perhaps. In other words, management. I'd have a laser on SEDs. I can and do hold SKS responsible for not keeping his I eye on the ball, swinging wildly for the fences and whiffing. There is absolutely no one else responsible for blowing through hundreds of millions of assets to obtain so little revenue - and to purchase other non-revenue producing assets which were expensive and cost much more to opperate than they ever took in. It's a pattern that is unlikely to ever change. He's a "Dreamer" not an operator. EDIT: somehow I lost some of the middle, but you get the drift. Sorry
