its neither.....he's just playing his usual head games...i guess he gets a kick out of what he does...he's almost dmillerish at times....but then he shows up to lunch and acts like a nice guy...who knows...he's no more important to the process than you or I.
This must mean that that particular buyer is still worried about a breakout in the stock price. Even in the short period of time between now and labor day. Or, he is just a low level employee of the buyer, with a simple set of instructions, and without much knowledge of what is going on behind the scenes.
