There is no way Apple will not ask for some compensation from Nokia for the Nortel and or Interdigital patents. Was the settlement prior to the Nortel auction a coincidence? Does data really think that Nokia will allow an exclusion order while they argue validity? Give me a break. I hope he does not give business advice to anyone as he cant seem to grasp the impact of the moving parts in this situation. What about FRAND for IDCC asking for ONLY $1 PER PHONE! What a joke.
