Yup. We've had a long history of weak presidents who would like to blame others for their poor performances.
But that changes nothing. We have only one leader at a time in our country. Whatever reasons there are for the nation's many troubles, the buck does stop with the person who holds the office of President.
It is ultimately the President's fault if the three branches of government will not work together. A good leader LEADS. He gets them to cooperate. He is effective.
A bad leader doesn't lead. He insults the other side, and promotes dissent and rancor. He calls them "enemies" and "terrorists." Bad leaders have to go.
