Hi 4321,

I just don't know how many cycles we must go through with the same leader before one questions whether perhaps he is the problem.

The strategy looks great. But it isn't so great that it leads to wide-scale adoption. Who is responsible for that? The CEO is responsible, and unfortunately, he has form.

If someone can give me a reason that withstands questioning why this is not the case, I'm all ears.

Answers that won't do: the sales team is useless; Wave's doing well compared to other companies in the field; it's the fault of XXXXXXX; systems administrators are dumb; etc. I'm sick of badly thought through arguments that get repeated over and over!

If the product is saleable, why isn't it selling? If the product isn't saleable, why hire a sales force? We're stuck with a perfectly circular chain of logic which goes absolutely nowhere. The other explanation lies with insanity.

Hi tkc,

"Wish us luck, I can't afford an island, at least not yet".

I do hear you, the slog is brutal and the "good luck" a Wave investor needs is "longevity built into their genetic code"

Laughing
