im well inland and on higher ground...my mother in law who lives on the barrier island is staying w/ us...gonna make sure the generator is working and i have gas...we have a tendency to lose power in even minor storms
We have been rode hard and put up wet on many occasion over the years. I don't think it selfish; I'd be able to look over the Xmas dinner table and smile at the back seat QB's with 85 and up.
Hope the weekend's storm loses strength in the colder waters up there and ya'll are spared the brunt of the storm. Also hope for relief to all the parched Texans and you get some much needed rain soon.
