Our attorney is going to deliver a revised contract to us today. If he's early enough, we'll deliver it to our realtor, and the seller will then have a week to accept or reject it. My guess is that he'll reject. It's a lot less than he's asking. Our strategy is to offer something that's low but not insulting... Hopefully, he either accepts it or counters, and we'll decide what to do then.
The property has been on the market for close to two months. The legal issues our lawyer is trying to get us past must be scaring off other prospective buyers - because the property is a lot nicer than others we looked at, two of which have already sold.
I didn't know about the goldenrod. In fact, I didn't even know that WAS golderod! I did notice the milkweed, though. The caterpillars in two of the pictures will be Monarch Butterflies one day. Did you catch that???
