Yes, micro ... the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee has issued a subpoena, and if the NLRB does not comply, they can be found to be in contempt of Congress. If the full House concurs that an act of contempt has occurred, then the House would have to attempt to get the U.S. Attorney of the District of Columbia, a subordinate of Eric "I Despise U.S. Law" Holder, to prosecute the offenders, which, in this case, happen to be sympatico pals of his ultimate boss, B. Hussein Obama. So, Obama, Holder & Co. are going to stall - 'cuz they don't want their participation in this travesty of justice to come out any further into the daylight than it already is. If the House cannot get any cooperation from the Justice Department, then it would have to seek some other way to bring suit.
