Isn't what Google is doing akin to taking somebody elses car (Patents) out for a test drive and not bringing it back? Or renting a car and not paying for it and also keeping it? Eventually someone will say "You need to pay for using my car"(Patents).Reminds me of a joke my Dad used to tell when we were kids.
