Beautiful and look at that sky. Looks like you'll need a big tractor!

It looks a lot like my friend's place in Vermont, Church steeple and all. There's a covered bridge down the road over a small river to complete the picture. His open fields are mowed. We've seen deer, turkey, fox and such wandering by. And lots of birds. We had some great times up there in the Arlington/Manchester area where he has Rockwell's birch trees out back up the hill. I think they are going to sell it, because he's at retirement age and it would be too much work for them up there. It was a great getaway.

We have a beautiful country....

I took a lot of pictures, but here are three to tide you guys over until I'm back in Virginia and able to create a slideshow.

The first two were taken within the 18 acre field (I suspect it is more than 18 acres). The last is the entrance to the snowmobiling path that runs along much of the property's perimiter.

The building you can see in photo 1 is the steeple of the town's church. I think... I'm not sure since USE.COM shrinks the pictures down a bit and I'm not looking at the original right now. Doesn't really look like a steeple in that picture, does it??? I think it's got to be, though...
