...federal income tax liability. They pay soc sec, med etc but no fed tax and it is indeed 51 percent. I think it is important that everyone pay federal income tax because there is no incentive to hold the rates down if ya don't have to pay em.

...there is so much me and the headsman could fix if I was king already.
