In FAR too many cases . . . these folks are 'living
large' off of government aid.

Now, I don't mind the truly poor not paying taxes . . .
but we got this 'Earned Income Credit' providing many
with a negative income tax - at OUR expense - and
that particular program is riddled with fraud and
theft - again at OUR expense.
