Those 51% pay no "income tax", but PAY many many taxes, local, state, sales, etc...

They don't make enough to pay income tax. That was the most effective way to deal with this, rather then give them government aide in other ways. clo

What about the 51% of Americans who pay nothing? Many even get "refunds" without paying in taxes. Mom used to have a tax business. I have seen it.
