We don't exactly have capitalism now. In capitalism, investors pay their money or invest their labor and take their chances on there being a return sometime in the future. This makes perfect sense, and it ought to work.
What we actually have is a system that allows people to invest their money in buying influence that makes laws (and accompanying beauracracies) that makes them richer at the expense of other people who can't afford to buy that influence. That is not capitalism. That is Feudalism, or Organized Crime, or something of that ilk. I know capitalism when I see it, and this isn't it.
