I realize that wingers have been instructed to believe that Raygun's Tax Cuts For Rich Folks (76% to 28%) were more or less a push since some loopholes were closed and some deductions were eliminated. And of course, every winger believes that nonsense because wingers aren't too good at figgering stuff out.
