thx loop, to rephrase it then, would you speculate that Evercore would be giving Samsung some feedback on their bid?...I would assume Evercore and IDCC mgmt are in constant communication , could IDCC end the process early if they became "content" with a current bid. I don't know what the legalities are in regards to ending the process early IF for some reason (market, rulings, timeframe insisted on by a certain bidder)IDCC (ultimately) decided the best decision is to take a certain deal that is in front of them, now. I wondered if maybe there was some legal obligation for Evercore to go back to others who have bid (including sammy) and tell them "we are going to be ending this early and here is where the bidding stands"...just trying to understand how Sammy would KNOW at this time that the price is too high and if that might give us some additional insight..thanks
