Clo> Now with regards to "unions", lets keep in mind they agreed to salaries based on their benefits, meaning they took less in their paycheck.

Zim: Did they really now? Are you certain?
Were you party to the 'negotiations' and can
you honestly assert as to the salaries before and
after? I don't think so.

Clo> By the way, our Gov Cuomo recently was able to come to an important agreement with the unions here, without being hateful or ending collective bargaining.

Zim: And what is the current state of New York's
economy? 14% unemployment?

How about New Yorks budget deficit?

Good morning micro,

This was one for the history books, 8 recalls in one state. I believe prior to this event, only 10 recalls in our history.

Now with regards to "unions", lets keep in mind they agreed to salaries based on their benefits, meaning they took less in their paycheck.

Gov Walker did NOT campaign on breaking "collective bargaining". I hope ALL politicians learned this lesson, to avoid future recalls.

Apparently the state senate did NOT follow correct procedures. Hence the only way to stop the madness was for the dem's to allow the voters some time to respond to this.
A judge halted the action, twice.

By the way, our Gov Cuomo recently was able to come to an important agreement with the unions here, without being hateful or ending collective bargaining.
The unions made concessions & the Gov was able to avoid firing nearly 10,000 employees.

You might want to check out the conditions of the southern states before condemning the north.
For starters, we have most of our teeth! ;))

What would your party do without the evil Koch Bros?

Always a pleasure sharing thoughts with you.
Enjoy the day, its a beauty! clo
