Re the last paragraph: "James Etheridge, a spokesman for Nokia, said the company doesnâ€™t comment on speculation. Emily Kilpatrick, a spokeswoman for San Diego-based Qualcomm, declined to comment, as did Jack Indekeu, a spokesman for InterDigital.."

Since when does Nok not comment when it comes to an opportunity to put IDCC (and by extension IDCC's shareprice) down??!!! This makes me believe that NOK must be in the bidding process, perhaps within a group, otherwise I believe NOK would come out and say they're not interested!
